I forgot my password and everything about my email such that I cannot login. I tried to use cain but it cannot

I use different cyber cafes and so my password is not in any computer except yahoo computers. Is there a software I can just type my email and it sends password to my new email or reveals it emmediately. I tried to use some like cain%26amp;abel but they ask for things like IP and many more things I do not know. Is there a software I can just type my current email and former and it sends it to my mail later or does it immediately.
