Hello,smooch.com sent me a user login password to my address but it is not coming to my email address from ye.

smooch.com sent me a user login password to my email address and when i look in my inbox there is no message from them.why?.


this is really annoying as i want to use that website

Did you look in your bulk folder? If you don't have the sender's address in your Contacts (address book), the mail probably will go to bulk. Look there first. If you find it, mark it Not Spam, then make sure the address goes in your contacts.
