Why am I being asked to re-enter my login and password once I'm in the email account?

Lately, each time I get inside my email account and click on a contact, I'm sent back to the login page. Sometimes I have to log out and try again. Why is this happening? Don't you have a troubleshooting squad to help out? And why is it so difficult to get a response from you? regards, Donald Sommerfield

Reply:maybe because your typin in the wrong SN or PW or maybe u typin it in with capatils and its suppose to be lower cases or the other way idk
