I have tried to login for 2 days. I'm logged in, but I cannot access my email. Please help?

Same thing happened to me before and just happened again. Before I had to open a new account with a new username and a new password. This time I know its Yahoo because my husband has no trouble logging into Yahoo and getting his email. I'm going to cancel my email account and go to Hot Mail. Yahoo hasn't been any help AT ALL! If you are "logged in" try logging out and in again. Also, look for a "Help" on your page, they may have troubleshooting tips. Perhaps there is a virus or something on your computer? Are you able to log in on another device? If you still can't, it's probably not your computer and just your email.
