Someboby hacked my other email id and changed all of my details now i cant even login to my account?

I just got off the phone with Yahoo Customer Care regarding my X fiance hacking my account. The # is 408-349-1572. I only had to verify my date of birth and zip code. Now I have to write an email to account-security-help@cc.yahoo-inc.com and report what has happened to get my account back and to report him.

Reply:No way to help you 'cause it's policy of Yahoo! but of you have something show that's your true mail you can ask for police. But I think you should open new account it's easy and safe more (if you use a password difficult to guess).
Reply:The same thing happened to me. I tried to track the idiots that are doing it. They are playing some game where they trade yahoo screennames with other people. I really don't understand the point. My concern was them having access to email and personal information contained in the email account. Try doing a search using the terms yahoo-rares and yahoo-elitz. It's truly amazing what stupid people can do with their down time. Good luck and let me know what you find out.
