I can't login to my yahoo mail and yahoo sent email to other account as passwd changed though i didnt.help pls

now my account seems to be disabled. i forgot my private details which i have given, so not able to get new password. how can i get new password in my alternative email account?

Reply:If you don't remember the private details then you're out of luck. The good news is that its disabled so no one stole it.
